As the governments of Asia and the Pacific and the UN look toward the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, it has become clear that one of the greatest challenges in the region's development is how to engage the youth population in their own governance and development. Central to this effort is nurturing entrepreneurial skills, which can generate employment, help solve societal issues, and help prepare individuals for challenges ahead. Focusing on young entrepreneurs aged between 18 and 34, this report provides a snapshot of current youth entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ecosystems in 10 economies in the Asia-Pacific region.
