The paper focuses on implementing the GEM project in Ukraine and its role in developing the national entrepreneurial ecosystem. It combines academic and practical approaches, presenting GEM methodology, entrepreneurship ecosystem research results, and recommendations for key stakeholders. Special attention is paid to interpreting GEM's conceptual framework and methodological tools, which will contribute to building the project's scientific reputation among the target audience in Ukraine. Ukraine's participation in the Global Report provides a unique opportunity to disseminate objective information worldwide about the peculiarities of the national entrepreneurship ecosystem development during wartime. Entrepreneurs and policymakers can use this data to make strategic decisions about resource allocation and stakeholder engagement, particularly when entrepreneurship is recognised as a critical driver of economic recovery and societal development.
