The 2025/2026 Finnish report analyses entrepreneurial potential, entrepreneurial activity together with entrepreneur's motivations as well as export and growth expectations in comparison to Finland's earlier GEM-year 2021 and to Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Finnish entrepreneurial potential, activity and motivation were also analysed in relation to adult population survey (APS) respondents’ gender, age, education, and household income. National expert views (NES) from entrepreneurial conditions were compared to views in Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and together with Finland's previous NES results from 2021.
